Terms of Service

Effective date: March 17, 2026

Service description

Koral provides a creator workflow platform to review clips, organize publishing schedules, manage approvals, and publish content to connected TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube accounts.

Eligibility and account responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. You are responsible for account security, all activity under your account, and ensuring your connected social accounts and team permissions are authorized.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Koral to:

  • violate laws, platform rules, or third-party rights;
  • publish unauthorized, infringing, or misleading content;
  • interfere with service operations, attempt unauthorized access, or abuse APIs and integrations;
  • circumvent security, moderation, or workflow controls.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your content, media, and trademarks. Danca Labs retains ownership of Koral software, platform design, documentation, and related intellectual property. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to operate the service.

Publishing compliance

You are solely responsible for the legality, rights clearance, disclosures, and policy compliance of anything you publish through Koral. Koral does not provide legal review and does not guarantee acceptance by any platform.

Third-party platform terms

Koral depends on third-party services and APIs, including TikTok, Meta/Instagram, and Google/YouTube. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their separate terms and policies. If those terms change or access is restricted, Koral functionality may be affected.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Koral and DANCA LABS are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

Termination and data handling

You may stop using Koral at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, legal requirements, or service protection needs. On termination, connected OAuth tokens are revoked or removed, and retained workflow metadata is handled under our Privacy Policy retention terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If material changes are made, we will update the effective date and provide notice through the dashboard and/or by email where appropriate.
